What are appropriate wood screws to support very heavy shed doors? The doors are 1" Cedar Planks glued and screwed to 7/16 OSB.

Hi RWM,

I have just recently started using exterior construction screws which you can find at lowes or home depot. They are excellent for your door construction and have a star drive head on them.

If it was me, I would also glue and screw 2x4's on the back side of your door for more support. I have included a picture for this.
